As the founder of OTI, Ben started his home inspection journey with a dream to own a small business. Through his volunteer and professional career, he’s had the pleasure of guiding people through life changing events and brings an infectious positivity to his work. Ben and his wife are the proud parents of their two sons, Elliot and James. Outside of work, Ben likes spending time with his family, fly fishing and waterfowl hunting.
Matthew Keefer
Matthew has entered into his home inspection journey with deep knowledge of houses. He approaches his work with common sense and has a way of making folks feel at ease no matter the situation. Outside of work, Matt enjoys projects at home, hunting, and working his family farm in Pennsylvania.
