PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

				I initially rated Old Towne Inspection with 5 stars but am now  sadly changing my review to 3. Ben was very friendly and very prompt in his responses to me. It initially seemed that his inspection was very through but after being in the home for a short time I have realized that was not the case and some things that should have been caught were not. Other friends have used their services for newer homes and have had great experiences. My home is older and some of the problems may not have been as apparent. Most of the problems in my home were pointed out in the inspection report, unfortunately a very large and very expensive issue was missed.

Throughout the inspection, Ben uncovered present issues and identified potential issues in the future that would require ongoing maintenance. 				Ben came out to perform a home inspection for a house we were contracted to purchase. Ben was on time actually early very professional and up front with everything he came across that might have an negative impact on the property during his inspection. He was very thorough and at the end of the inspections he gathered us around to give us a preliminary run down of issues that were found , he did not hurry through and with all the questions we had he answered them patiently.
