Great inspection process. Ben was patient and understanding at my concerns of the property especially as a first-time home buyer. He took account of the main things I pointed out and provided a detailed report of the observations he found.

I hired Old Towne Inspection for my home inspection recently and I was thoroughly impressed with Ben's attention to detail. He showed up on time and spent 3 hours looking over every aspect of my now house. After the inspection he took the time to go over every detail with me in person, and had the inspection report ready the same day.

I initially rated Old Towne Inspection with 5 stars but am now sadly changing my review to 3. Ben was very friendly and very prompt in his responses to me. It initially seemed that his inspection was very through but after being in the home for a short time I have realized that was not the case and some things that should have been caught were not. Other friends have used their services for newer homes and have had great experiences. My home is older and some of the problems may not have been as apparent. Most of the problems in my home were pointed out in the inspection report, unfortunately a very large and very expensive issue was missed.
