We used them for an inspection of property we were considering buying. Though not a full home inspection which would include all areas of the house, it was a useful service for identifying potential red flags for the property. The inspector noted pex pipes which have a tendency to leak. It was valuable to know this information as we considered whether to make an offer on the property.
