RADON TESTING

SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				Old Towne Inspections has been a superb company to have working for us. Ben Moorehead is a very accomplished and professional home inspector. His capacity to look at the house as if under a microscope, seeing past the surface appeal to the underlying structural components and exterior envelope. ( roof, flashing, gutters, siding etc.) Having him check for excess levels of radon was a significantly wise decision as he did find levels that would need to be mitigated to bring down the radon to EPA acceptable levels. He recommended another company to install a radon exhaust fan who responded quickly. In the end we can now comfortably buy and move in with no radon worries. In life very little comes free. ( except salvation through faith in Jesus of Nazareth.) Our decision to hire OTI/Ben was well worth the investment made!
