SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				Ben is great! He was on time and fast but thorough with our inspection. Highly recommend. He even stayed after the inspection to do a last minute sewer line check that I requested. Our inspection report was very detailed and given to us that evening. Good dude and does a great job!
