SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION

We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				We were recommended to use Ben from old Towne for a pre-purchase home inspection by our realtor who said he is "picky but that's what you want in a home inspector" and she couldn't have been more right! Ben was timely, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Any time you go through a home inspection is nerve racking, but Ben made us feel much more comfortable and explained everything in very clear terms even I could understand. He also did a great job of prioritizing which items were more major and/or expensive verses those that would be included in the report but weren't really cause for concern- which I appreciated and made him stand out from other inspectors we've used in the past. He had the detailed written report ready that same evening (on a Friday I might add), which way exceeded our expectations. He also was very direct with the areas he had hunches but wasn't 100% sure about without further investigation and had very reliable foundation specialists, etc. to refer us to. Even referred us to one of his competitors for a service he didn't provide. We could not be more pleased with Ben and would definitely recommend!!

				Old Towne Inspection did a great job and throroughly inspected, explained, and detailed everything onsite and within the report. The report was prepared within 1.5 hours of having completed the inspection. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
