I used Old Towne for my inspection, Ben S. was my inspector (there are TWO Bens!)For starters, they were able to schedule something for me within 24 hours which really helped with my high anxiety about my potential new home, where all other inspectors had no availability for a week. AMAZING!I was very pleased with the thorough report I received the very same day of the inspection, which was of the highest quality I have ever seen. During the inspection, Ben S. provided me with great information, showing me everything I needed to see, and answered all of my questions in a way that allowed me to really understand what was going on. He provided excellent tips, tricks, and suggestions for mitigating some small items and keeping the home in great shape for years to come. Ben came out to perform a home inspection for a house we were contracted to purchase. Ben was on time actually early very professional and up front with everything he came across that might have an negative impact on the property during his inspection. He was very thorough and at the end of the inspections he gathered us around to give us a preliminary run down of issues that were found , he did not hurry through and with all the questions we had he answered them patiently.
