Everything about this experience was great! We are building new construction and live in a different state. We had an inspector lined up and something didn't work out, so we needed a new plan in a hurry. We were referred to Ben at Old Towne. He was able to fit us in on the builder's drywall schedule. We purchased the package for both pre-drywall inspection and final inspection. Today, we received our pre-drywall inspection report immediately after it was completed. It had great findings, thorough explanations, and helpful pictures. The contract, billing, and report are all online and easy to use. We're thrilled!
