We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				Old Towne performed our home inspection for the new home we are purchasing.  It was very easy to book online with their system for scheduling and I was emailed a confirmation when they scheduled the inspection for the time slot I had chosen.  Their system allowed to add my relator as a contact and their system automatically contacted both of us with relevant information.  The inspection itself was incredibly thorough and their report was very well done with an amazing layout that was easy to navigate and filter through different looks.  We received the inspection the same day it was done.  I would absolutely recommend them as an inspector to anyone buying a home!Thanks Old Towne Inspection!

				Ben thoroughly inspected the property in 90s temperatures and the seller had the inside temperature set at a balmy 76. it was so hot and humid inside and outside that thw realtor and I had to leave but the inspector suffered through it for several more hours in order to give me a complete and accurate report.
