We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

				Ben thoroughly inspected the property in 90s temperatures and the seller had the inside temperature set at a balmy 76. it was so hot and humid inside and outside that thw realtor and I had to leave but the inspector suffered through it for several more hours in order to give me a complete and accurate report. 				I had a great experience with Old Towne Inspection. Ben was very thorough and answered all of my questions. The inspection took about 2.5 hours for a 5,000 SF house with three levels and he had the report completed and sent to me in less than an hour. Pricing is on par with what you would expect to pay for an inspection. The report was very clear and detailed, but in a brief style (the exact opposite of reading a 400 page legal document that could have been written in three sentences). The report included pictures of problem areas and even links on how to fix the problem with DIY tutorials. I put every item he listed that was an issue onto a spreadsheet and determined which ones I wanted the sellers to handle and which ones I would handle. Then my agent used the spreadsheet to discuss with the seller’s agent what I wanted them to take care of and why, and also what I would take care of, which is a good way to show them you are willing to split the efforts and cost. Overall it was a very easy process!
