				Ben was pleasant, and professional. He arrived early and had even started taking notes before I was there. He walked around and went over in detail with me his findings, showing what I should fix now, and what could probably wait. He preempted me with what type of things would show up in the report. I greatly appreciated this because I have had a different inspector be overly zealous in the past and basically say the entire house needed replaced which I felt was more CYA, and less quality and personalized home inspection like Ben delivered. His price was better too! He found a leak in my roof that probably saved me $7k. The report was ready in a shockingly short time, less than 24hrs. It was definitely an enjoyable and educational experience for me!

				Ben came out to perform a home inspection for a house we were contracted to purchase. Ben was on time actually early very professional and up front with everything he came across that might have an negative impact on the property during his inspection. He was very thorough and at the end of the inspections he gathered us around to give us a preliminary run down of issues that were found , he did not hurry through and with all the questions we had he answered them patiently.
