Ben and his team provided me a home and radon inspection. While speaking with him, he took the time to provide me the details of what he is inspecting. Although he communicated directly with the builder, who was present at the time, Ben and his team provided me the info of corrections to the deficient areas. The inspection report was provided within hours after the inspection was completed; I was not expecting it for 48 hours so he delivered. This allowed me to provide it to the builder almost immediately so he can get started on corrections. His knowledge base and his thoroughness with the inspection made it worthwhile to hire Olde Town Inspection. Thank you and much appreciation!
