As the founder of OTI, Ben started his home inspection journey with a dream to own a small business. Through his volunteer and professional career, he’s had the pleasure of guiding people through life changing events and brings an infectious positivity to his work. Ben and his wife are the proud parents of their three sons; Elliot, James and Teddy. Outside of work, Ben likes spending time with his family, fly fishing and waterfowl hunting.

Matthew Keefer

Matthew has entered into his home inspection journey with deep knowledge of houses. He approaches his work with common sense and has a way of making folks feel at ease no matter the situation. Outside of work, Matt enjoys projects at home, hunting, and working his family farm in Pennsylvania.

Matt Hochkammer

Matt began his home inspection journey with a passion for building, problem-solving, and helping others feel confident in their biggest investments. With a background as a technology and woodworking educator, he brings both technical expertise and a teacher’s clarity to every inspection. Matt and his wife are the proud parents of two young children. IN his free time, you’ll find him outdoors- hunting, fishing, or managing habitat along the Shenandoah River.

Michael Wiseman

Michael has a background in the Army, and in the technology world. His experience in intelligence and technology give him an attention to detail that is hard to surpass. He leaves no stone left unturned in the pursuit of educating our clients so they are confident in their buying decisions. Outside of work, Michael enjoys time with his family and volunteering his time at church.
