We will use a special camera to scope the sewer line to visualize any blockages that are interfering with the plumbing system’s proper drainage.

1-YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTION

Within the first year of building, improvements and repairs can be made by the builder.

PRE-DRYWALL INSPECTION

During the home building process, a Pre-Drywall Inspection lets you see aspects of the interior before the drywall goes up.

WDO INSPECTION

A wood destroying organism (WDO) inspection will determine if there are any pests, such as termites in your home.

Ben’s technical knowledge was impressive, and he was able to explain things plainly so we could understand everything. He didn’t seem to mind me asking questions as he went, and was very personable.
